Since home buying/selling is one of the biggest and important moves an individual can make in their lives, I have educated myself in most all aspects of the real estate industry.
Experience: I have been involved in real estate for over 25 years. I have built homes, rehabbed and sold single family homes and condominiums, and converted over 450 condo apartment units to condominiums. I have also taken all the Illinois Home Inspector licensing classes. With a keen eye for construction, carpentry, mechanicals and all the other components of a home. I bring a great depth of knowledge and experience. When working with clients, I take a critical look at each home giving my clients information and assessments to enable them to make the most educated decision on buying or selling a home. I also own income properties and am experienced in ROI and landlording. I have assisted my investors on building income producing real estate portfolios.
In my previous career, I was a Commodity Broker in the busy trading pits of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. I negotiated millions of dollars per day in high speed transactions. My financial experience has given me strong negotiating skills and the ability to manage many high pressure transactions simultaneously. I drive toward results quickly. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert (C.N.E.)
Communication: Rapid and real time communication is very important to me. I am always accessible to my clients and will return all calls, emails and texts within minutes. In today’s market place, clear and quick communication is absolutely essential for success. My Response Guarantee: I will reply to my clients emails, text and calls within 30 minutes or less 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Market Knowledge: Every morning, I compile market and neighborhood data in the areas where I have listings or buyers. Staying on top of market conditions and keeping my clients updated in real time gives them an edge on the competition. I use my marketing and technology to custom tailor a strategy for each client.
I am passionate about everything that I do. I have been fortunate in my life to be in a profession that I really love. My objective is to create a phenomenal client experience. With a contagious positive attitude and strong work ethic Ivette has grown her business by building strong relationships with her clients over the past 14 years. Born and raised in Mexico City, where all her family still resides, Ivette has made Chicago her home. However, the real driving force behind Ivette’s success is her family. With a loving husband and two wonderful children Ivette’s always hosting a full house.
Ivette focuses on empowering her clients in all aspects of selling and/or purchasing a home. A home is much more than just a place to sleep at night. It’s an investment for the future and this is what she passionately educates her clients on.
Ivette’s expertise is primarily on the residential side of real estate, with many areas of focus.
